The records consist of the will, 1794, of William Douglas; a bond, 1798, naming Chiles Terrell and Charles Yancey as executors of William Douglas' estate; an inventory, 1798, of the estate, including 33 slaves; an account, 1798, of estate sales entered in the records of Louisa County, Va., in 1805; and a slave distribution list, 1805.
